Peace Week!

I made this display for Peace Week with all of Kindergartens' Rainbow Fish we made last week. The quote says, "We may all be different but in this school we swim together". I love overhearing the excitement in the students voices when they spot their fish!

All of my First grade classes made peace pinwheels for the parade we had on Wednesday and decorated them with symbols of peace.

Each class made a Peace banner for the parade and chose a couple students to walk their banner around the school. Our school counselors did an amazing job planning out Peace week. Each day was a different theme and we all got to dress up. We hung up the banners all of the classes made in the cafeteria.
